Christine Rankine joined the Sterling team in April 2021 as Manager, Personal Financial Planning. She quickly adopted the high level of service that Sterling is known for and was promoted to the position of AVP Personal Financial Planning in April 2024.
Christine manages both individual and corporate accounts while also seeking to grow the company’s client base and funds under management. She is astute, responsive, efficient, and passionate about providing the best service and solutions to help her clients along their investment journey.

For over 8 years, Dwayne Neil has been delivering great value to clients as a financial advisor, helping them plan for their short-term needs & long-term goals. He has a combined total of over 12 years of experience in Banking & Finance. In his current capacity as AVP Personal Financial Planning, Dwayne manages and services both individual and corporate accounts while also seeking to grow the company’s client base. Dwayne’s greatest pleasure is providing exceptional customer service and value for his clients.

She is also a Distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of Young Professionals, St. Andrew.

Michelle joined our sales and marketing team in October 2020 as the AVP Marketing & Communications. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods); business development, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Michelle works with the sales team to build client engagement activities and investment strategies through marketing analytics and communication.
