The web portal is a secure online platform where clients can view their investment holdings at Sterling and access documents such as receipts, transaction confirmations and monthly portfolio statements. Portfolio statements are generated at the end of each month.
To register, ensure Sterling as your most up to date cell phone and email address, sign the terms and conditions and submit it along with a valid identification document. Once processed, you will receive your login credentials via email. It is critical you ensure that Sterling has the most up to date email and mobile number for you AND all joint holders.

- You CANNOT initiate or process transactions on the web portal
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password using your registered email or mobile number.
Only people you explicitly authorize. No one you DO NOT authorize to have access, will be able to view your account.
It will take 24 hours for transactions you do at Sterling to be reflected on the web portal. This delay allows for an extra layer of security to protect you.
